Besiktas is the central for both residential and commercial real estate.
I focus solely on new buildings, residence apartments, villas and plaza offices in Besiktas.
In 2024, the high segment residential market in Besiktas district should be diversified into sub-regionals for analyzing.
 In high segment regions like Etiler, Ulus, Bebek the demand for residential market was remarkable; for both renting and buying.
In other regions of Besiktas like Gayrettepe, Dikilitas, Kultur the demand for renting residentials was dynamic whereas demand for buying was low.
Regarding villa and residence apartments, the demand for renting residentials was dynamic whereas demand for buying was low.
Regarding the plaza offices in Besiktas district, the demand for renting residentials was dynamic whereas demand for buying was low.
