When I compare the price levels of luxury residences and villas in Dubai with price levels of similar real estate in Istanbul, next to Istanbul Bosphorus, I saw they are similar.
Additionally, when I compare price increase levels of luxury residences and villas next to Istanbul Bosphorus in the last 2,5 years with foreign currency and gold I do easily interpret that price levels in Istanbul are proper for buying.
I would only suggest proceeding with a professional, experienced, reliable realtor when / if you decide to buy luxury real estate in Istanbul.
