In around two years, residential real estate market was low demanded in Istanbul, except for the last 3 months.
In around two years, residential real estate market was low demanded in Istanbul, except for the last 3 months.
The residential real estate price levels increased (quite) slightly.
In the same period, the foreign currency doubled which means house prices decreased by half in foreign currency.
It seems, following the world trend interest rate will decrease step by step in Turkiye in 2025.
There is also possibility foreign currency will appreciate against TL in the second half of 2025 in Turkiye.
As a result, it would be wise decision in my opinion to buy luxury real estate like new building apartment, residence apartment, villa or plaza office in Istanbul.
There is a critical point of course, to buy real estate at an acceptable, fair price.
