In the whole Turkish history, for the first time real estate abroad exceeded the real estate investment inside Turkiye in 2025.
We focus also on the Dubai real estate market and notice by Dubai based developers’ sales representatives and also Turkish clients that there is promising interest in the Dubai real estate market.
A similar case might be logical for the Greek real estate market.
On my side I have the expectation that in the first half of 2026 and even 3 quarters the interest of Turkish people investing in the real estate market abroad will be high.
But generally speaking, Istanbul is one of the rare pearl living spaces in the world and there will be a turning point where Istanbul will be again an attraction center for both investments and living.
