I focus at new buildings apartments, residence apartments, villas, plaza offices, waterside apartments, and mansions in valuable locations of Istanbul.
Several people complain about the price levels of the high segment real estate in Istanbul.
I do understand their complaints
It should be considered that Istanbul, especially Istanbul Bosphorus is one of the most attractive, popular living areas in the world.
There can always be fluctuations with price levels, real estate demand in Istanbul.
If we look from a wider perspective I have the clear opinion that investing in Istanbul to high segment real estate will never cause loss.
ROI of high segment real estate decreased from 300-350 to 200-220 months.
As a result, if you plan to invest into real estate in Istanbul, I do suggest buying high segment real estate which would be called “coupon real estate” and rent afterwards.
I have the clear opinion that if / when the interest rates decrease the real estate price levels will jump.
Taking into consideration already running current rent income, investing on high segment real estate in the favorite districts of Istanbul would be a wise decision.
But taking a trustworthy guide real estate agent during the whole process is a must, if you ask me.
